FURTHER UPDATE TO MCUBED SHAREHOLDERS
1. We refer to the last update to m Cubed shareholders published on SENS on
5 February 2009. Shareholders are hereby advised that the board and audit
committee of m Cubed are of the opinion that the company will be in a
position to disclose the reviewed financial results for the year ended 29
February 2008, by the end of March 2009.
2. Furthermore we refer to the settlement details of the tax assessment with
the South African Revenue Services ("SARS") and wish to advise
shareholders that the terms of the settlement are still subject to
confidentiality undertakings as imposed by SARS on m Cubed. The
financial effects of the settlement will however be disclosed in the
aforementioned reviewed financial results to be released by the end of
March 2009.
3. Shareholders are further advised that the trading in m Cubed shares on
the JSE Limited ("JSE") will remain suspended until further notice.
