APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.59(a) and (b) of the Listing
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the board of
Directors of the company ("the Board") has approved the appointment of Ms.
Karabo Tshailane Nondumo CA (SA), Bacc (Natal), HdipAcc (Wits) ("Karabo") as a
non executive director of TopFix with immediate effect.
The Board welcomes the appointment of Karabo and looks forward to her valued
input.
Karabo is the Chief Executive Officer of AWCA Investment Holdings Limited. She
was previously the Head of Global Markets Operations at Rand Refinery Limited.
She was also an Associate and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the
Shanduka Group. Her investment experience includes mergers and acquisitions,
capital raising, business turnarounds and post-investment monitoring. She served
on a number of Boards of investee companies on behalf of the Shanduka Group. Her
experience is spread across various sectors, including Natural Resources,
Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications, Gaming and Energy. She served
her articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc. where she qualified as a Chartered
Accountant. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered
Accountants (SAICA) and African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA). She serves
on the Board of Rolfes Technology Holdings Limited and is a member of its Audit
Sub-committee.
