1 Introduction
Vukile unitholders are referred to the announcement, dated 3 March 2009,
regarding the extension of the existing asset management agreement between
Vukile and Sanlam Properties for a maximum period of six months, subject to
Vukile unitholder approval ("the Extension").
2 Circular regarding the Extension
A circular providing information on the Extension, incorporating a notice
of general meeting and a form of proxy, has been posted to Vukile
unitholders today, Thursday, 12 March 2009.
The circular is available in English only and copies may be obtained from
the registered offices of Vukile and Nedbank Capital, a division of Nedbank
Limited.
