the SIP (an Inland Revenue approved trust arrangement, operated through Halifax
plc) on Tuesday 10 March 2009:
The following executive directors / persons discharging managerial
responsibility ("PDMR") of the Company were allocated the undernoted ordinary
shares in the Company of US$0.54945 each ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with
the terms of the SIP at no cost:
