DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS
LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 54 cents per RMHNIE share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 6 April 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 27 March 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 30 March 2009 and the
record date will be Friday, 3 April 2009.
