CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the CEO of Austro Group, Robert Friese, has
resigned for personal reasons. His resignation will be effective from 31 March
2009. Neill Davies, a non-executive director of the Group, will become the
acting chief executive officer until a suitable candidate has been found. Neill
has numerous years experience in both commerce and industry, his previous
positions include Deputy Chairman of Altron Group, Chairman of Concor Limited,
Chairman of Astrapak Limited, amongst other executive and non-executive
positions. He will work with the current senior management team to ensure a
smooth transition.
