Further to the cautionary announcements dated 30 October 2008, 11 December
2008 and 29 January 2009, shareholders are advised that Ansys is still
involved in negotiations, which if successfully concluded, may have an effect
on the price at which Ansys`s securities trade on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
