Appointment to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that Mr Brendon Peter Wood has
been appointed as executive Financial Director to the board of directors of
Dorbyl with effect from 1 April 2009. Mr BP Wood, a qualified Chartered
Accountant, has been the group financial manager of Dorbyl for the past 2 years.
