Change to the Board
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company
advises shareholders that Ms S Pienaar, the Financial Director and Company
Secretary, has resigned from the Company to take up a position as chief
financial officer in a company situated in Australia. She will remain in the
employ of the Company until 31 May 2009.
An immediate process has been put in motion to find a successor for Ms Pienaar.
Ms Pienaar was appointed as financial director at Kagiso Media Limited on 1
October 2005, and the Board, expresses its gratitude and appreciation to her
for her commitment and exceptional contribution to the Company during her
tenure.
