RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr Marc-Henri Veyrassat from
the board of Pinnacle with immediate effect.
Marc-Henry was a representative of Dubai based Rakeen Development PJSc. Rakeen
will nominate a new representative for appointment in due course
The Board of Directors of Pinnacle would like to thank Mr Veyrassat for his
valuable contribution to the company.
