APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Roux as a non-
executive director of the company with effect from 16 March 2009.
Phil Roux left the employment of the company on 13 March 2009 having held a
senior executive position in Tiger Brands.
Tiger Brands is pleased to have retained Phil Roux in a non-executive capacity
as it is considered that his experience in the fast-moving consumer goods
industry will continue to be of significant benefit to the company.
