Linked unitholders are advised that, on 13 March 2009, Ngatana Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 800,000 Redefine
linked units at 625 cents (with a total value of R5,000,000.00). The family
trust of which Dines Gihwala, who is the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is
a trustee and of which his immediate family members are beneficiaries, holds an
indirect 20% interest in Ngatana.
