Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above ABLIDE, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R66.38 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business on Wednesday, 11 March
2009 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R48.68. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on 12 March 2009 = 6560.75cents
The VWAP on 13 March 2009= 6850.61cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 6705.68 cents
Rebate payment of 1837.68 cents
