RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr. Gregory Mons has resigned as the Group Chief Financial Officer
("CFO") of the company and as the company secretary with immediate effect. Mr.
Raphael Sack, the deputy CFO, has been appointed the acting CFO until further
notice.
ER Goodman Secretarial Services cc, represented by E Goodman, has been appointed
as the company secretary with immediate effect.
