ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that, with
effect from 18 March 2009:
- Mr. Andre Viljoen has resigned as a director and Chief Executive Officer of
the company. Mr. Michael Tollman, the current non-executive Chairman, has been
appointed as Executive Chairman and CEO until such time as a long term
replacement is appointed by the company;
- Mr. David Standage, the current Chief Financial Officer of the company, has
been appointed as the Financial Director of the company.
