Pledge and sale of shares - K Wakeford
On 24 August 2007 Mr Wakeford entered into an agreement with Dealstream
Securities (Pty) Ltd ("Dealstream") in terms whereof Mr Wakeford furnished
Dealstream with a non-discretionary mandate to enable him to utilise their
online trading platform to manage his investments and pledged 2,000,000 Simmers
shares.
Subsequently it appears that the shares were sold by Dealstream, without the
knowledge of or permission from Mr Wakeford, and the funds were misappropriated
by Dealstream.
Pledge and sale of shares - BJ Njenje
On 14 March 2007 Ms Njenje entered into an agreement with Dealstream Securities
(Pty) Ltd ("Dealstream") in terms whereof Ms Njenje furnished Dealstream with a
non-discretionary mandate to enable her to utilise their online trading platform
to manage her investments and pledged 1,007,500 Simmers shares.
Subsequently it appears that the shares were sold by Dealstream, without the
knowledge of or permission from Ms Njenje, and the funds were misappropriated by
Dealstream.
