TRADING UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they
become reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be
reported on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market
in relation to such period.
The board would like to advise shareholders that there will be approximately 85%
to 95% improvement in terms of loss per share and headline loss per share as the
company is expecting a very small loss for the period compared to the prior
period, due to the recent change in control and turnaround of the company.
The financial information, on which this trading statement is based, has been
reviewed by the company`s auditors, PKF Accountants and Business Advisors. The
review report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
