Mr Matthys Hendrik (Thys) Visser has been appointed to the board of RMB
Holdings as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2009.
Mr Visser is the Chief Executive Officer of Remgro Limited. He holds a BComm
(Hons) Degree from the University of Stellenbosch and is a chartered
accountant.
