Shareholders are advised that the group`s earnings per share and
headline earnings per share for the twelve months ended 28 February 2009
are expected to be between 25% and 45% lower compared to the previously
reported corresponding period.
The information contained in this announcement has not been reviewed or
audited by the company`s external auditors. SilverBridge`s results for
the twelve months ended 28 February 2009 will be published on or about
5 May 2009.
