RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
The Directors announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company`s shareholders held on Friday 20 March 2009, unanimous approval was
received for the passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat relating to
the termination of the listing of the Company`s shares on the Luxembourg Stock
Exchange and the JSE Limited and to the offer made to acquire shares issued by
the Company.
