REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 3rd (third) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Kumba held
today, 20 March 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
