RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Best Cut would like to announce that Mr
Robin Donald has resigned from the board of directors effective today,
following his resignation from Imagine Wealth (Pty) Limited ("Imagine
Wealth"), which provides financial advisory services to Best Cut. Robin will
be pursuing his own interest in the future, but will still be assisting Best
Cut in this transitionary period. Imagine Wealth will still continue to
perform their financial advisory services to Best Cut. Shareholders will be
advised in due course of the appointment of a replacement director.
