INCREASED SHAREHOLDING IN BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES HOLDINGS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
("BLAKE")
The Group wishes to announce that it has purchased a further 15% stake in Blake
from the founding members, thereby increasing its controlling shareholding from
55% to 70%. The founding members have maintained a 30% shareholding in Blake and
continue to be involved in its operations on an ongoing basis.
Blake provides multilingual solutions locally and abroad, utilising its contact
centres and consulting services as a means of delivering its services which
cover a broad range of activities such as customer services, telesales, customer
retention, collections, data intelligence, software support and business process
outsourcing. Blake`s services are utilised within the Group, particularly within
the new Financial Services contact centre in Randburg. The acquisition will,
inter alia, strengthen the Group`s debt-collecting ability.
