JOHANN BLERSCH APPOINTED AS FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The Board of Sallies Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Johann
Blersch CA (SA) as Financial Director with effect from 23 March 2009. This
appointment is in compliance with paragraph 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited in which all issuers are required to appoint Financial
Directors.
Johann will fulfil his responsibilities as the Financial Director while also
discharging the functions of Commercial Director. The Audit Committee recommends
this appointment and confirms that Johann has the appropriate expertise and
extensive relevant experience to adequately perform his duties as the company`s
Financial Director.
