EMPHASIS OF MATTER
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to advise that the audit opinion on the
above Company`s Annual Financial Statement for the year ended 30 June 2008
contains an "emphasis of matter "audit opinion. Shareholders are advised to
refer to the financial statements to ascertain the exact nature of the
modification.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system will be
annotated with an "E"to indicate the modification. The annotation will be
removed when the company`s auditor`s report no longer contains a modified
opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
