NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, included in the annual report to
be posted on 31 March 2009 are identical to the audited results which were
released on SENS on Monday, 9 March 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at
13:00 on Thursday, 28 May 2009 at Iliad`s Offices, First Floor, East Block,
Pineslopes Office Park, corner The Straight and Witkoppen Roads, Lonehill. The
notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual report, which
contains the annual financial statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December
2008.
