DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONVERSION RATIO
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 6 March 2009, holders of
Zshares GOVI units (participatory interests) are advised that the distribution
to be made on 3 April 2009 (*) will equate to an amount of 37.03 cents per unit,
consisting of:
- 37.03 cents in respect of interest and other income
Distributions will be made to all holders recorded in the register as at 27
March 2009.The balance (if any) will be retained and distributed at the next
distribution date.
Per the Offering Circular and Portfolio Supplement, "Distributions to Investors
will be
made through the issue of additional Participatory Interests to Investors and
not in the form of cash. Investors will only be issued with so many additional
Participatory Interests as may equate to whole Participatory Interests and not
fractions thereof."
Additional Participatory Interests will be issued on the basis of
0.0358442714988191 units for every one Participatory Interest held on the record
date.
(*) - Please note that the previously announced payment date of 2 April 2009
has moved to on or about 3 April 2009. This date is however still subject to
amendment and any changes that are made will be announced on SENS.
