CHANGE IN BOARD AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listing Requirements, the board is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Ndanduleni Vivian Makhari as
independent non-executive director and audit committee member with effect from
27 March 2009.
Ndanduleni is currently serving as the chief financial officer for the City of
Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. Prior to joining the City Tshwane
Metropolitan Municipality, Ndanduleni held various management positions,
including the position of chief financial officer at the Polokwane Municipality
and audit manager at the auditor-general.
