Debenture holders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2008 were dispatched to debenture holders on Tuesday, 31 March
2009.
There has been no change from the preliminary report for the year ended 31
December 2008, released on SENS on 20 January 2009.
A notice of the annual general meeting for debenture holders will be distributed
and announced on SENS in due course.
