Late release of financial results for year ended 31 December 2008 and update on
current position of the Company
Shareholders are advised that the Company is not in a position to release its
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2008 due to the uncertainty
caused by the liquidation application at the Orkney operations.
Shareholders are further advised that fund raising activities are continuing.
Management anticipates an announcement in this regard in the next two weeks.
As soon as there is clarity regarding the liquidation application and the status
of the fund raising, an announcement will be released on SENS.
