RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 31 MARCH 2009
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
on 31 March 2009, all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting sent to shareholders on 6 March 2009 were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
