CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Calgro hereby announces that Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc
have resigned as company secretary to Calgro and Barnard`s Inc have been
appointed as company secretary with immediate effect.
The board welcomes Francois Pieterse, director of Barnard`s Inc. to the board
and wishes to thank Luandri Partington, director of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc.
for her contribution to the company and wishes her well for the future.
