Shareholders are advised that Control Instruments` annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be posted to shareholders today.
The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 contain no
modifications to the results reported on SENS on 30 March 2009.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. have audited the annual financial statements and
Group annual financial statements of Control Instruments and their report is
available for inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 09:00 on Thursday, 6 August 2009, at Control Instruments Automotive, 76
White Road, Retreat, Cape Town, to transact business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting.
