RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given that Mrs. Imogen Nonhlanhla Mkhize has resigned
as a non-executive, independent director of Illovo, with immediate effect.
In noting that Mrs. Mkhize`s resignation was due to other increasing demands on
her time, the Illovo Board has expressed its appreciation for her contribution
during her 31/2 year tenure as a director of the Company.
