ISSUE OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Further to the Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited audited financial results for
the year ended 31 December 2008, which were published on 26 February 2009,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of both companies
have been dispatched to shareholders on 31 March 2009. The annual financial
statements are also available online on the group`s website
(www.nedbankgroup.co.za).
Shareholders are reminded that the Nedbank Group annual general meeting will be
held on Thursday, 14 May 2009, in the auditorium, Retail Place West, Nedbank
Sandton, 135 Rivonia Road, Sandown, at 09:00, and the Nedbank Limited annual
general meeting will be held on Friday, 17 June 2009, in the West
Boardroom, Ground Floor, Block A, Nedbank Sandton, 135 Rivonia Road, Sandown,
Sandton, at 14:30.
BASEL II PILLAR 3 DISCLOSURE AT 31 DECEMBER 2008

Public Disclosure Report, as required by regulation 43 of the revised South
