ALTRON ASSET REUNIFICATION PROGRAMME
Shareholders who previously held shares in Bytes Technology Group Limited
("Bytes"), CS Computer Services Holdings Limited ("CS Holdings"), Power
Technologies Limited ("Powertech") and USKO Limited ("USKO"), formerly known as
Union Steel Corporation South Africa (collectively referred to as "affected
shareholders"), are referred to the SENS announcement published by Altron on 03
November 2008 offering affected shareholders assistance to claim their unclaimed
shares and cash entitlements, if any, in the aforesaid companies.
In terms of letters addressed by Altron to affected shareholders dated 17
October 2008, affected shareholders were requested to claim their unclaimed
shares and cash entitlements on or before 28 February 2009.
Altron has extended the engagement with Georgeson, a trading name of
Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Limited ("Georgeson") until 31 May 2009 to
assist affected shareholders in reuniting them with any unclaimed shares and
cash entitlements.
Affected shareholders are hereby notified that any unclaimed cash entitlements
including unclaimed dividends remaining after 31 May 2009 will, in terms of the
relevant articles of association, revert to the Altron group company concerned.
