Resignation from the Board
Pursuant to par 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Company hereby informs shareholders that Mr Clive Paul Kalil has resigned his
position as managing director of the Aluminium Division and as an executive
director of the company with effect from 30th April 2009 in order to pursue
personal interests. The board would like to thank Mr Kalil for his contribution
to the company.
