APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with section 3.59(a) of the JSE Listing Requirements, the board is
pleased to announce that Dr Jon Rothbart has been appointed to the board of
directors of Jasco as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2009.
Jon is the Chief Operating Officer at AfroCentric Investment Corporation
Limited. He was formerly a consultant at McKinsey & Company Sub-Saharan Africa
office, based in Johannesburg.
Jon holds a BVSc from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from Erasmus
University, The Netherlands.
