APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The group is pleased to announce the appointments of John Poluta and Sindi Zilwa
as independent non-executive directors to the boards of Business Connexion Group
Limited and Business Connexion (Pty) Ltd, with effect from 2 April 2009.
John is an accountant who worked at Deloitte and Touche locally and in the USA
and as an analyst at Barnard Jacobs Mellet and a senior analyst at JP Morgan in
Johannesburg and London. He is currently an executive director of Mowana
Investments.
Sindi is a non-executive director of Woolworths, Discovery, Strate, Aspen, Ethos
Private Equity and deputy chairman of the Airports Company of South Africa
(ACSA). She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
(SAICA) Education Committee and a member of the SAICA Banking Project Group.
Sindi is currently the chief executive officer of Nkonki.
Both new directors will serve on the group`s Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee.
