2007 relating to a zero cost collar transaction concluded by Mr Stuart Elliot
and his associate. It should be noted that this transaction expired on 31 March
2009 and has not been rolled over. Mr Elliot and his associate have therefore
retained their shareholding in Merafe Resources in this regard.
