APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Oceana is pleased to advise that Francois Kuttel has been appointed as an
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") to take effect from 1
July 2009. Francois holds a Bachelor in Accountancy degree and joins Oceana
from Irvin and Johnson Holding Company (Proprietary) Limited where he has held
the position of CEO for the past 3 years.
Mr Rod Nicol will continue as acting CEO in the interim.
