terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002

DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustee of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities in respect
of the quarter ended 31 March 2009. This distribution, constituted entirely by
dividends, will:
- be an amount of 1.87 cents (R0.0187) per Satrix Dividend Plus security;
- be constituted by:
- 1.79 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.08 cents in respect of other income;
- be made to all holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the
register on 3 April 2009; and
- be effected on 8 April 2009.
