CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors:
Appointment:
Mr Duncan Stuart Ebden Carlisle has been appointed to the board of directors
with effect from 30 March 2009.
Mr Carlisle, who will serve as the financial director, was previously the
managing director of the NOSA Group within MICROmega, a role which he has
fulfilled since 2005. Mr Carlisle brings with him extensive experience in the
industries and entities within MICROmega.
Resignation:
Mr David Malcolm Carson, an independent non-executive director has resigned from
the board of directors with effect from 30 March 2009. Mr Carson`s resignation
is a direct consequence of him moving to the United Kingdom. The Board thanks
Mr Carson for his dedication and contribution.
