Reserve Statement Update
Central Rand Gold ("CRG" or the "Company") has, as at March 31, 2009, completed
its submissions of Reserve estimates with modifying factors to Snowden Mining
Consultants ("Snowden") for Snowden`s final review and sign off.
Snowden is currently conducting an internal peer review and final ratification
of the Reserve estimate.
A revised statement of JORC/SAMREC-compliant Resources and Reserves is expected
to be announced following final sign off from Snowden.
