Posting of Imperial Bank`s annual report and details of the annual general
meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Imperial Bank`s audited results for the year ended 31 December 2008,
released on 19 February 2009, the annual report has been dispatched to
shareholders on 1 April 2009. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Imperial Bank will be held at 08:00
on Tuesday, 21 July 2009 at Imperial Bank, 24 Achter Road, Paulshof to transact
the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part
of the annual report.
