DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 5 Euro cents
which is equivalent to 63.3465 cents per MNDNIC share instalment that is payable
on Wednesday, 20 May 2009.The payment per share instalment holder will be
rounded to 2 decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 16 April 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 17 April 2009 and the
record date is Friday, 24 April 2009.
