DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LIMITED (SLM)
the Trustees of the SLM Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 98
cents per SLMNIF share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 6 May 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 16 April 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 17 April 2009 and the
record date will be Friday, 24 April 2009.
