Disposal of Property
Reference is made to the announcement dated 3 March 2009 in which shareholders
were advised that AMAP had entered into an agreement to dispose of a property
held by Tedelex Properties (Atlantis) (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary
of AMAP.
AMAP has entered into an addendum to the agreement allowing the purchaser an
additional 15 working days in which to complete the due diligence review as well
as an additional 15 working days to obtain funding.
