CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Siboniso Shabalala has been
appointed as financial director of the company with immediate effect.
The Board would like to welcome Mr Shabalala in his capacity as an
executive director of AdaptIT. He is a Chartered Accountant with a
wealth of experience from various companies.
