FURTHER RE ANNOUNCEMENT OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDING
Further to the notifications released on 3 April 2009 of the changes to
CQS Holdings` interest in the shares of Kiwara, held by New City Investment
Managers Limited ("NCIM"), the Company wishes to clarify that it was informed
that NCIM disposed of 8,500,000 shares in Kiwara registered in the name
of Geiger Counter Limited on 31 March 2009. On the same date NCIM acquired
8,500,000 shares in Kiwara registered in the name of Geiger Counter Limited/
City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc.
Following the above disposal and purchase of shares, NCIM`s holding in Kiwara
remains unchanged at 13,847,500 shares.
